Why would you see the physiotherapist?
- You may need assistance recovering from a physical injury, an illness, stroke or operation.
How to access the physiotherapist
- You will need a referral letter from your doctor or health provider.
- You will need to make an appointment.
What to bring
- You will be asked to bring you health care card, pension card or DVA gold card on the day of your appointment.
