Where: Community Health rooms (at the back of the doctor's surgery)
When: Fortnightly on a Thursday 12.30pm - 4.30pm
Cost: Free service
Conducted by a nurse trained in diabeties:
- Providing education for people with diabetes
- Helping with concerns regarding your diabetes
- Able to refer you to other services if needed
- Can test your blood sugar levels
